Who is responsible

This site belongs to James A Lang, Bath, England. I am the data controller for any personal data collected through it. Contact: james@velinor.io.

What is collected

This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. The Insights page shows video thumbnails loaded from YouTube, so your browser contacts YouTube when you view that page. If you book a briefing, the details you enter are collected by Go High Level, which provides the booking calendar on my behalf. If you email me, I receive what you send. The site's host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and secure the site.

Why, and on what basis

I use booking and email details only to arrange and hold the conversation you asked for, and to reply to you. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to your request, or steps you ask me to take before entering into an agreement. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long it is kept

Booking and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed for the purpose above, and deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask me to restrict it. Email james@velinor.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
